Dual agents, with fiduciary responsibility to both buyer and seller, are required to share information with the seller that many buyers believe is confidential. An exclusive buyer’s agent is the only way you can be absolutely certain that “your agent” does not in fact owe any allegiance to the selling party.

Homeowners can review their property listing details, view pending leases and payment, and update availability information from a secure web portal. Beacon Real Estate will reduce commissions for homeowners who update their property’s availability calendar. All leases will be emailed and can be signed electronically in just a few clicks, for no cost and requiring no registration.
